在“双碳”目标提出与建筑行业转型升级的双重背景下，装配化装修凭借其标准化、工业化、信息化、绿色化的技术特征，成为提升建筑品质、推动建筑行业绿色低碳发展的重要抓手。本文系统梳理北京、江苏、浙江、海南等省（市）装配化装修的实践举措，从政策导向、技术标准、实施范围、奖励政策四个维度展开区域实践对比，剖析装配化装修在破解传统装修痛点、契合“双碳”要求、推动产业升级方面的核心逻辑。并以江苏省《装配化装修评定标准》为典型案例，深入探究其在评定逻辑、流程设计、低碳量化等方面的机制创新与实践亮点，从经济效益、环境效益、社会效益三个维度分析装配化装修的综合价值，最终提炼出可复制、可推广的装配化装修高质量发展路径。

Against the dual backdrop of the "dual carbon" goals and the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,assembled decoration characterized by standardization,industrialization,informatization,a nd green,has emerged as a key lever for enhancing building quality and promoting green,low-carbon development within the sector.This paper systematically reviews the practical initiatives in provinces and municipalities such as Beijing,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,and Hainan.It compares regional practices across four dimensions:policy orientation,technical standards,implementation scope,and incentive policies,analyzing the core logic of assembled decoration in addressing traditional renovation shortcomings,aligning with "dual carbon" requirements,and driving industrial upgrading.Taking Jiangsu province's comprehensive assessment standard for prefabricated decoration as a case study,the paper examines its innovative mechanisms and practical strengths in evaluation logic,process design,and low-carbon quantification.Furthermore,it assesses the comprehensive value of assembled decoration from economic,environmental,and social perspectives,ultimately distilling a replicable and scalable pathway for its high-quality development.
