CCRC作为为退休老年人提供持续照料的养老社区,是一种能够适应高品质、多元化养老需求、具有可持续发展潜力的养老模式。基于CCRC模式,提出城郊复合型养老社区建设理念,该类社区位于城市郊区以兼顾土地开发成本与宜居性要求,以"集居家养老、社区生活和机构服务于一体"为整体特征,以"满足老年人在不同年龄阶段的差异化养老需求"为核心原则。通过借鉴美国、日本CCRC发展经验,从选址原则、功能与服务、空间组织模式、运营方式等方面,提出基于CCRC模式的城郊复合型养老社区建设思路。

As a pension community providing continuous care for retired elderly people,CCRC is a pension model that can adapt to high-quality,diversified pension needs with sustainable development potential.Based on model of CCRC,the construction idea of suburban complex retirement community is proposed,which is located in the city suburbs to combine land development cost with livability demand,with the overall characteristics of "home care,community life and agency service all in one",so as to "meet the differentiated demands of the elderly people at different age stages" as the core principles.Based on the development experience of CCRC in the United States and Japan,this paper puts forward the construction idea of suburban compound community for the elderly based on CCRC mode from the aspects of site selection principle,function and service,spatial organization mode and operation mode.
